Cancellation Policy

WILD WONDROUS WOMENS RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy below will apply for all cancellation scenarios, with no exceptions. This cancellation policy has been designed to be as compassionate as possible in the case that plans change.

CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

If you need to cancel within 90 days of the retreat start date:
– We’ll do our best to find someone to take your spot. If we’re successful, we’ll refund your payment minus a $350 administration fee.
– If we’re unable to fill your spot, no refund will be given. However, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member.

If you cancel 30 days or less before the retreat:
– Unfortunately, all payments will be forfeited, and no refunds will be available.

CANCELLATION FEES (Within 90 Days of Retreat)

The cancellation fee within the 90 day period is $350.

DELAYS AND OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

There will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. For additional protection due to any unforseen circumstances, it is highly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.

CANCELLATION BY WILD WONDROUS WOMEN

In the rare event of a cancellation by Wild Wondrous Women, the participant will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future retreat or to receive a full refund.  Wild Wondrous Women cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.

In the rare event of a cancellation by Wild Wondrous Women due to dangerous weather, political unrest, acts of god and other force majeure events, any refund provided will depend on Wild Wondrous Women receiving a refund from the venue. Wild Wondrous Women cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.

To cover these risks, it is strongly recommended that all participants purchases travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance can protect participants against participant cancellation, Wild Wondrous Women cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should the participant become ill or injured. It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance, including a 'cancel for any reason' option in order to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation. Travel insurance can be purchased at Insure My Trip.

RETREAT CHANGES

Wild Wondrous Women reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by its team, leaders, teachers or business partners.
