Cancellation Policy

WILD WONDROUS WOMENS RETREATS CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy below will apply for all cancellation scenarios, with no exceptions. This cancellation policy has been designed to be as compassionate as possible in the case that plans change.

CANCELLATION BY PARTICIPANT

If you need to cancel for any reason within 90 days prior to the retreat start date and we can find a person to take your spot, we will refund the amount paid minus a $350 administration fee. If we cannot find a person to take your spot, there are no refunds; however, you can transfer your paid spot to someone else, so you can send a friend or family member to the retreat in your place.

For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the retreat start date, all payments made will be forfeited.

CANCELLATION FEES

The cancellation fee is $350.

DELAYS AND OTHER UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

There will be no refunds nor discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. For additional protection due to any unforseen circumstances, it is highly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance at the time of booking the retreat.

CANCELLATION BY WILD WONDROUS WOMEN

In the rare event of a cancellation by Wild Wondrous Women, the participant will be given the option to transfer all payments to a future retreat or to receive a full refund.  Wild Wondrous Women cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.

In the rare event of a cancellation by Wild Wondrous Women due to dangerous weather, political unrest, acts of god and other force majeure events, any refund provided will depend on Wild Wondrous Women receiving a refund from the venue. Wild Wondrous Women cannot compensate participants for airfare, hotel and travel costs incurred.

To cover these risks, it is strongly recommended that all participants purchases travel insurance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance can protect participants against participant cancellation, Wild Wondrous Women cancellation, lost or delayed baggage, medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should the participant become ill or injured. It is strongly recommended that all participants purchase travel insurance, including a 'cancel for any reason' option in order to protect them against the rare chance of cancellation. RETREAT CHANGES

Wild Wondrous Women reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by its team, leaders, teachers or business partners.
