This retreat is for women only (ages 18 and up). All movement levels are welcome.

Your all-inclusive retreat tuition includes:

• 3 nights accommodations (shared room - 2 twin beds so be sure to sign up with a friend. (includes fresh linen’s, a pillow, fresh towels and soap)

• 3 plant-based meals a day + snacks

• 3 1/2 days of yoga, enlightening workshops, relaxation time and rituals

• all art supplies

• nature bathing

It does not include:

• Travel to the retreat. You are also welcome to bring money for any time that you spend in Northern Michigan before and after the retreat (there's an amazing Cherry Republic store in town!)

• Air conditioning (don’t fret the fresh northern air will be in abundance)

• I will offer special workshops* (you can reserve your spot by purchasing the workshop’s your interested in attending separately)

• Internet, Cell-Service or Technology (this retreat is about giving yourself time and space to breath and relax. Thus, we highly encourage you to take a digital detox. If you would like to touch base with a loved one you can utilize the landline to make a call and we are happy to give the main phone number to you to share with your loved ones)
